Night Fill Assistant - PAK'nSAVE Blenheim The primary role of the Night Fill Assistant is to replenish stock overnight and ensure the store starts the next day full, fresh, and available. This role involves good stock rotation, stock filling, stock presentation and loss prevention awareness through safe stock handling practices across the department. Working on ladders and lifting is involved, so Workplace Health and Safety compliance is essential. These roles require time-conscious individuals to help ensure the store is ready for trade the following day. Responsibilities Replenish stock overnight and ensure shelves are full and well-presented for the next day. Perform stock rotation, filling, and loss-prevention activities with safe handling practices. Operate on ladders and perform lifting as part of stocking duties. Maintain adherence to Workplace Health and Safety requirements and ensure timely readiness for trading hours. ABOUT YOU Physically fit – involves long periods of walking, unloading pallets, stocking shelves, using ladder trolleys, and regular heavy lifting (up to 20 kg). Able to work in a team and take direction from the manager. Committed to attending every shift with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, ready to set up the store for customers the next day. Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. Trustworthy and reliable. Previous grocery or store/warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential. Must have reliable transport.
