Job Description

Fueled by the significant growth of our FRAMECAD business we are scaling up our team and are looking for a Salesforce Digital Analyst. This role will be based in our Head Office in Auckland, New Zealand.

What we are looking for

This position requires a strong customer-centric strategic approach, identifying problems along with identifying and implementing opportunities for improving processes within the company. Excellent customer understanding and ongoing forward thinking is necessary for this role, being future focused and solutions driven while being able to maintain a fast-paced day-to-day environment. Being self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities is a key to success.

Skills and Experience:

• 4-5 of experience in a similar role
• You will have a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize and follow tasks through to completion. Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands quickly are key, so ideally this role would suit someone who is energetic, motivated and a great team player.
• Exposure to Salesforce across multiple companies.
• Experience and exposure to other IT/IS disciplines.
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator in a business-facing delivery role.
  
• Experience delivering Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including working with stakeholders from discovery through implementation. Exposure to Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud would be advantageous.

Nice to have:

Experience in an International Business and working with multiple stakeholders would be an advantage.
