Asthe super user for BambooHRyou willensureemployee data isaccurate, secure, and up to date. Working closely withpayroll and the widerpeople &culture team,the role providessupportacrossrecruitment, onboarding, HR administration, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Employees will lookto you asoneofthefirst pointsof contactsforguidance onHR policies,proceduresand system-related queries.Providingtimely, practicalsupportwillhelp createa positive employee experienceand ensure people receive the informationtheyneed.


As part of our HR digital strategy, youwillhelp us explore smart and responsible ways to use technology, including AI, to streamline administration and improve access to information. Our focus is not on taking away from the human experience, but on freeing up time so the team can continue adding value through meaningful, people-centred support.

He koreromou: About you

  • 5+ years' administration experience in a corporate environment.
  • A genuine interest in people, with a desire to contribute positively to the candidate and employee experience.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A helpful, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to respond to queries ina timely, practical, and people-centred way.
  • Confidence using digital tools and systems, with curiosity about how technology, including AI, can responsibly improve HR processes and free up time for more meaningful support.
  • An interest in systems, data quality, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • A high levelof professionalism, discretion, and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • A willingness to learn HR processes and employment-related requirements, with the judgement to ask questions and escalate when needed.
  • An openness to learning and working in ways that reflectteaoMaori and support our commitment to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
