We're looking for two experienced Project Managers to join our Enabling & Corporate Services team. Reporting to the Director – Enabling & Corporate Services, you'll lead the successful delivery of strategic business projects that improve the way Ngāti Hine Health Trust operates.
\nThis is a broad enterprise role working across every part of the organisation - from frontline health services through to corporate functions - partnering with leaders to deliver projects that strengthen capability, improve systems, enhance customer experience and enable organisational transformation.
\nYou'll manage projects from business case through implementation, balancing priorities across multiple workstreams while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors. Alongside project delivery, you'll champion continuous improvement by helping teams simplify processes, improve ways of working and embed sustainable change.
\nNo two days will be the same.
What you'll be doing\n- \n
- Lead projects from initiation through to successful implementation and benefits realisation. \n
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across business transformation, digital, infrastructure and operational improvement. \n
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs and governance reporting. \n
- Work closely with Executive Leadership, managers, clinicians and frontline teams to ensure successful delivery. \n
- Facilitate project workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder engagement activities. \n
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests. \n
- Coordinate internal resources, external vendors and delivery partners. \n
- Prepare reports and presentations for Executive Leadership and Board committees. \n
- Support organisational change activities, communications and adoption planning. \n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, technology and service delivery. \n
- Contribute to the development of project management standards, governance and delivery frameworks. \n
