\nYou’ll be responsible for building and managing production schedules that keep everything ticking—delivering orders on time and in full , while balancing labour, materials, and machine capacity.\n
\nIt’s a hands-on role in a heavy steel / fabrication environment , where you’ll need to stay agile—juggling project work, high and low volume production, and adjusting plans on the fly when things change.\n

- \n
- 3 years experience in production planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment \n
- Exposure to steel, fabrication, or heavy industry (a big plus) \n
- Understanding of export environments (ideal, not essential) \n
- A proactive mindset – someone who enjoys building and improving processes \n
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with lots of moving parts \n
- Confidence adjusting plans and problem-solving on the go \n
- Must have full NZ working rights \n
