Mō te tūranga | About the role\nAs a Product Owner, you’ll lead the definition and delivery of outcomes within the Remediation Tribe, building a 6–12 month roadmap that delivers customer value and business outcomes through clear prioritisation and alignment.

- Strong product ownership experience in agile environments \n
- Expertise in prioritisation, stakeholder management and delivery \n
- Strong decision-making, influencing and problem‑solving capability \n
- Ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions \n
- Deep understanding of risk, compliance and operational delivery \n

- Define and deliver the product/service roadmap \n
- Drive prioritisation and balance trade‑offs \n
- Lead discovery, validation and delivery across squads \n
- Manage stakeholders and governance requirements \n
- Maintain a healthy backlog aligned to outcomes \n
- Ensure operational performance, compliance and continuous improvement \n
