As our business portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive and organised Group HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and human resource administration across multiple group companies.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

Key Responsibilities
\n  Provide professional advice to management on human resource policies,
\n procedures, employment legislation, and best practices.
\n  Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning
\n strategies.
\n  Coordinate recruitment activities including preparing job advertisements, screening
\n applications, interviewing candidates, and assisting with staff selection.
\n  Prepare employment agreements, induction programmes, and onboarding
\n documentation for new employees.
\n  Support performance management processes, including performance reviews,
\n disciplinary matters, and employee development plans.
\n  Maintain accurate employee records and human resource information systems.
\n  Advise managers and employees on workplace relations, employment conditions,
\n remuneration, and leave entitlements.
\n  Identify training and professional development needs and coordinate relevant
\n learning programmes.
\n  Assist with organisational development initiatives, employee engagement activities,
\n and succession planning.
\n  Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

\n

 Must have either any Bachelor degree OR at least 2 years of relevant work
\n experience.
\n  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n  Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
\n  Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgement.

\n
