\nAs our business portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive and organised Group HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and human resource administration across multiple group companies.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nKey Responsibilities
\n Provide professional advice to management on human resource policies,
\n procedures, employment legislation, and best practices.
\n Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning
\n strategies.
\n Coordinate recruitment activities including preparing job advertisements, screening
\n applications, interviewing candidates, and assisting with staff selection.
\n Prepare employment agreements, induction programmes, and onboarding
\n documentation for new employees.
\n Support performance management processes, including performance reviews,
\n disciplinary matters, and employee development plans.
\n Maintain accurate employee records and human resource information systems.
\n Advise managers and employees on workplace relations, employment conditions,
\n remuneration, and leave entitlements.
\n Identify training and professional development needs and coordinate relevant
\n learning programmes.
\n Assist with organisational development initiatives, employee engagement activities,
\n and succession planning.
\n Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
\n Must have either any Bachelor degree OR at least 2 years of relevant work
\n experience.
\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
\n Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgement.
