THE ROLE – Industrial Maintenance Electrician \n
This position is critical for ensuring the sound operation of the manufacturing line's electrical assets. You will be responsible for trouble-shooting and problem-solving electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime. \n
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE /HAVE:
•NZ Registered with current NZ Electricians Practicing License\n
\n•Experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing site\n
\n•Ability to work unsupervised under pressure i.e on equipment breakdowns\n
\n•Applying precision maintenance tactics to maintain fixed plant assets & equipment through planned Preventative & Corrective maintenance\n
\n•Working with site Reliability, Production & National Support teams to eliminate defects, drive availability improvements & extend asset lifecycles\n
\n•Structured technical problem-solving abilities using root cause methodology\n
\n•Knowledge of working with modern maintenance management systems\n
\n•A positive, collaborative attitude that embraces challenges with confidence\n
\n•A respect for Health & Safety including excellent personal safety standards\n
\n•Clear professional communications in a loud environment\n
\n•Current NZ Work Visa/ Residency/ Citizenship \n
