The Customer Tribe works across ASB Bank to drive automation for a variety of initiatives through specialist software like Pega. The tribe is a mix of collaborative experts who simply love enabling automation, making life easy for ASBers and our Customers. In this role, you will: Review requirements and specifications. Contribute to agile testing strategies and plans. System Integration Testing. Perform Web application Functional Testing. Perform Integration and End to End Testing. Verify and validate functionality being developed. Write automated tests or extend an existing one. Analyse and report test results. Work with key stakeholders for end‑to‑end testing and obtain sign‑off. What do I need to be successful? To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: 5+ years of software test engineering experience, preferably in an enterprise environment. Proven knowledge across functional, system, integration, API testing and end‑to‑end testing. Produce, contribute to and maintain test artefacts. Working knowledge of test automation and performance testing. Working knowledge of MS SQL and relational databases. Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding and experience working with Agile principles. Proven initiative, problem‑solving abilities and technical leadership. Additional advantages Certified in ISTQB Fundamentals. Experience with open‑source test automation frameworks like Selenium and Playwright. Working knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter or similar.
