Drive profitability through effective budget management, forecasting, and cost control. Build strong client partnerships and identify opportunities to enhance services and grow revenue. Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams to foster engagement and high performance. Champion health, safety, food safety, environmental, and quality compliance standards. He Kōrero Mōu / About You Proven multi-site operational leadership experience within hospitality, facilities, or support services. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering financial outcomes. Skilled at building trusted client relationships and influencing diverse stakeholders. Experienced in leading large teams, driving change, and developing future leaders. Sound knowledge of health, safety, compliance, and employment practices in operational environments.
