Halter in Auckland is seeking an Enterprise Customer Specialist to own support for our key enterprise and multi-farm customers. You’ll bridge Support, Product, Territory Managers and Account Managers to resolve complex issues with hands-on farm understanding. You will drive customer health, proactively spot early signs of trouble, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn around accounts.
