In this role, you'll provide technical support and assistance to the NordEast Retail Network, acting as a key link between dealerships, manufacturers and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer ownership experience. Partner with manufacturers and dealerships to resolve complex technical issues. Manage technical reporting, quality cases and manufacturer compliance requirements. Support technical training, retailer development and new vehicle launches. Provide expertise across diagnostic, product and electrification technologies. About You We're looking for a technically minded automotive professional who enjoys problem solving, supporting others and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting experience within a franchise dealership environment. Knowledge of EV and high-voltage vehicle systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across dealerships and manufacturers. Confident using technical systems, reports and data to support decision-making. Self-motivated, organised and able to manage competing priorities.
