Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Vector Control, Planning, and Integration to join our Strategy and Programmes team. Reporting to the Programme Policy and Planning Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening OSPRI’s vector control programme through analysis, planning, coordination, and practical advice. Working across teams and with a range of stakeholders, you’ll contribute to programme planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and the delivery of national disease management outcomes. You’ll contribute to monitoring programme performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, coordinating projects, and supporting decision-making across the business. What success looks like in this role Undertaking research and data analysis to provide practical insights that support decision-making Monitoring progress against national objectives and contributing to planning and performance discussions Identifying emerging risks, issues, and opportunities and providing timely advice Responding to information requests from internal and external stakeholders Contributing to the development and review of policies, processes, and business improvements Coordinating national projects that support vector control strategy and programme integration Building and maintaining strong relationships across OSPRI and with external stakeholders Delivering high-quality planning, analysis, and coordination that supports national programme outcomes Contributing to continuous improvement and organizational success Maintaining a strong focus on health, safety and OSPRI’s values Kōrero mōu - About you You are a confident and analytical advisor who enjoys turning data, information, and research into practical recommendations and actions. You are comfortable navigating complex issues, coordinating multiple workstreams, and building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Whether you’re analysing trends, supporting programme planning, or coordinating projects, you’re focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.
