Job Description Mō te tūranga | About the opportunity Our Wellness Partners are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities. Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions. Participation in ongoing training is expected. This is a casual position and would suit someone wanting flexible work hours. Qualifications Nga Tohu me nga wheako | Qualifications and Experience We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally. Arvida Level 1 to Level 3 NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) Evidence of English test is required if from overseas Arvida Level 3 to Level 4 NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three-years’ experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) Evidence of English test is required if from overseas Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 3 to Level 4) $28.80 to $32.20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience This is a casual position and is not suitable for candidates looking for Accredited Employer Work Visa.
