About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Warranty & Aftersales Analyst to join our Aftersales team. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate financial and operational reporting across Service, Warranty, and technical functions, enabling informed decision-making and performance visibility throughout the business. In addition to reporting and analysis responsibilities, the role supports the development and maintenance of technical communications and documentation, ensuring high-quality and consistent information is delivered across the dealer network. The successful candidate will also provide operational and administrative support to the Service, Warranty and Technical teams as required. What You Will Be Doing Deliver financial and operational reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking. Analyse service, warranty and technical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Prepare and maintain dealer communications, technical bulletins, recalls, and campaign documentation. Support the Service, Warranty and Technical teams with administrative and operational activities as required. What you will bring 2–5 years' experience in a similar analytical, warranty support role. Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving capability. Sound understanding of aftersales and warranty processes. Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence.
