Regional Sales Manager - Electrophysiology, Auckland

Job Location Mount Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand. Opportunity Results driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Electrophysiology Team in Auckland. The overall responsibility is to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists to achieve territory sales targets and account metrics through coaching and skills development while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and cross‑functional teams to deliver and exceed the Business Unit plan and manage corporate accounts to drive growth and expand footprint. Responsibilities Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Product Specialists and Clinical Specialists. Develop and communicate vision and direction for account development to direct reports and marketing teams. Prepare account‑based business plans that drive action and outcomes. Work in partnership with regional sales teams, other RSMs, and marketing to maximize benefits for the company. Manage sales performance against forecasts and profitability targets. Contribute to special projects and actively participate in leadership meetings. Qualifications / About You Proven track record in sales management within the medical device or related industry. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinking and business planning expertise. Proficiency in sales methodologies such as "Integrity Selling" and "Integrity Coaching". Experience in managing key accounts and developing long‑term customer relationships.
