About the Role Can be based in NZ, Sydney or Brisbane. The Senior Structural Drafter / Digital Engineer will lead the delivery of structural modelling and drafting outputs across complex infrastructure and building projects throughout Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced structural drafter who enjoys solving technically challenging problems through detailed modelling and documentation. The successful candidate will remain actively involved in project delivery while supporting the continued growth of the digital engineering capability. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure and building projects while helping shape a growing and highly collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Lead structural drafting and modelling delivery across multiple projects. Develop and maintain detailed Revit models and structural documentation packages. Produce accurate, coordinated and construction‑ready drawings. Undertake detailed structural modelling, precast detailing and reinforcement detailing activities. Resolve complex interfaces and constructability challenges within project models. Coordinate closely with engineers, designers and project teams. Review and check drafting outputs to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance. Support and mentor developing drafters and modellers. Participate in client and project coordination activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of digital delivery processes and standards. Remain actively involved in modelling and detailing activities as part of day‑to‑day project delivery. Skills & Experience Significant experience in structural drafting and digital modelling. Advanced Revit capability. Strong understanding of structural detailing and construction methodologies. Proven experience delivering structural infrastructure and building projects. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work through complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively within a remote and geographically dispersed team. Highly Regarded Temporary works structures. Marine infrastructure. Tunnel and underground infrastructure projects. Complex building structures including healthcare, transport and public facilities. Experience delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Projects typically involve highly detailed structural modelling and documentation, including complex interfaces, constructability requirements and coordination challenges. Work spans a broad range of infrastructure and building sectors, including: Marine. Temporary works. Major structural projects. Public infrastructure.
