Our client, the largest marketer of LPG across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a proactive Scheduler to join their high-performing operations team based in Hamilton CBD. This is a temporary assignment for approximately 3-4 months, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a market-leading organisation. What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rate: $30.60 Temporary 3-4 month assignment Average of 40 hours per week Comprehensive training and development opportunities Positive, safety-first work environment - ensuring you get home safely every day Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for you and your family Supportive and inclusive team culture Key Responsibilities Schedule LPG deliveries efficiently to meet customer demand and optimise delivery routes Collaborate with drivers, customer service representatives, and logistics teams Monitor and adjust delivery schedules in real time to maintain service levels Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures About You Strong organisational and time management skills Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or a similar operations role Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Comfortable using scheduling or ERP software systems Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, ideally in the utilities or energy sector Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Familiarity with customer management systems is advantageous Strong negotiation skills and a professional, solution-focused attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
