Opportunity This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will take full responsibility for the performance of our Lower Hutt branch. You will lead from the front—driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and building a motivated, high‑performing team. This is not a desk‑based role; you will be visible, engaged, and actively involved in the day‑to‑day operation of the branch, supporting the team at the trade counter during peak periods. Your Responsibilities Lead and grow a high‑performing branch team Drive sales growth and expand market share Build and maintain strong customer relationships Ensure operational excellence and compliance Role model our company values and standards What success looks like Strong revenue and margin growth A highly engaged, capable team Loyal, growing customer base Smooth, efficient branch operations A culture of accountability, teamwork and customer focus To be successful in this role you will bring Proven leadership experience in a sales‑driven or trade environment Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth A passion for building customer relationships The ability to coach, develop and motivate a team Operational discipline and attention to detail A hands‑on leadership style Physically fit as there will be some heavy lifting (up to 20kgs) Pride in your personal appearance A full, clean NZ driver’s licence A valid forklift licence is preferred but not essential Our Culture We’re a team that shows up for each other and our customers.
