Te Tūranga – The Role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Technology team and help deliver key initiatives that support Alliance's future success. You’ll lead the successful delivery of technology projects across Alliance. You’ll manage projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. A key focus of this role will be the delivery of Alliance's Primary Processing Solution, a significant programme of work that will support operations across our six processing plants. Working closely with operational leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, you’ll help drive successful implementation and adoption while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Include Leading end-to-end delivery of technology projects. Developing and managing project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements. Building strong relationships with business stakeholders, executive sponsors, vendors, and technical teams. Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Facilitating steering committees, workshops, and project meetings. Monitoring project financial performance and resource utilisation. Ensuring compliance with project governance frameworks and reporting requirements. Supporting organisational change initiatives to enable successful project outcomes. Contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices across the business. Ōpūkenga – About You We're looking for a confident and experienced project professional who can balance strategic thinking with practical delivery. You’ll Bring At least 5 years' experience delivering IT or technology projects. Proven success leading medium to large-scale enterprise technology initiatives. Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leaders and executive teams. Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and vendors. Exposure to ERP or business systems implementation projects. Excellent planning, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Ideally, You’ll Also Have A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience in an evolution of manufacturing products. A recognised project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner. Agile or Scrum certification. Ngā painga – What’s in it for you?
