Room Attendant/Houseperson As a Room Attendant/Houseperson , you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas Qualifications A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality . Minimum Qualifications Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality. Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards. Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods). Courteous and professional when interacting with guests. Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes. Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments. Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. Excellent grooming standard. #J-18808-Ljbffr
