The Job on Offer? Based in Auckland, this role is suited to a junior to intermediate Land Surveyor or Technician with 1–4 years’ New Zealand experience. You’ll work alongside experienced licensed surveyors, gaining exposure to both fieldwork and office-based deliverables across a variety of projects. You will carry out a mix of topographical, construction and as‑built surveys, while supporting subdivision and land development projects including set‑out and boundary definition. The role also involves processing field data and producing survey plans using appropriate software, assisting licensed surveyors with cadastral work and title documentation. The role will also involve liaising with engineers, planners and other stakeholders to ensure accurate survey delivery.
