Maxima Albany - Store Operations Manager

Store Operations Manager – Maxima Albany (NZ) Lead and manage the daily operations of the Maxima Albany store on a full‑time basis, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and team performance. Responsibilities Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and keep the store looking beautiful. Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups. Audit stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records. Build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and regular feedback. Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold store values. Qualifications Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock. Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and manage time effectively. Genuine care for people, with a commitment to the best possible team member experience. First 90 days will be subject to a trial period if never worked for MECCA before.
