• Undertaking residential valuations across Tauranga and the surrounding areas, with flexibility around preferred working areas
\n
• Engaging in a diverse mix of work including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements & specialized residential sectors such as public works compensation
\n
• Leveraging industry-leading software to streamline reporting
\n
• Collaborating with a high-performing team of experts across the country
\n
• Base salary, excellent commission package and continual strong pipeline of work with flexible work options

bAbout you – Mō koe:\n

• NZ or AUS Registered Residential Valuer
\n
• Experienced in valuing residential property within New Zealand or Australia
\n
• Team player with strong research and data management skills
\n
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management capabilities
\n
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
\n
