Operations Supervisor – Timaru, New Zealand Lineage is the world’s largest temperature‑controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions provider. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to deliver reliable, high‑quality services for our facility in Timaru. About The Role You will supervise and coordinate the work of a warehouse team of up to 10 team members, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within set timelines. The position is full‑time and involves leading daily operations, monitoring and optimising warehouse workflows, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, providing reporting to senior management, fostering a positive work culture, and assisting with staff training and development.
