About the Opportunity Join a busy team in a hands‑on, full‑time role with variety and purpose. Our Tauranga branch is bustling and, due to growing demand, we are looking for an all‑rounder to join our Trade Sales and Inwards Goods team – with some driving duties thrown in too. What Your Day Will Look Like Serving at the trade counter and ensuring customers get what they need to start their day. Assisting with inventory and inwards goods. Delivering products to sites and building strong relationships with our customers. Picking and packing customer orders. Conducting cycle counts and stock replenishment. Carrying out general warehousing and housekeeping duties. Ensuring a clean, tidy, and safe work environment. Supporting other areas of the branch as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Customer‑focused in a branch or on the road. Great attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and a positive personality. Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 20 kg). Flexible, reliable, and ready to pitch in wherever needed. Hands‑on team player – ready to load the truck and meet customers on site. Trade knowledge is a bonus; we will teach you what you need to know. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations. Excellent customer sales and service skills. Good time management. Sound computer skills – Word and Excel. Work well under pressure with good logic. Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence. Valid forklift licence preferred but not essential.
