Job Description About the role – This is a permanent full‑time position with the following hours of work: Sunday & Monday 2:00pm - 8:30pm. The role is a dynamic position suitable for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Answering customer inquiries and providing advice. Processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers. Supporting the Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring store safety. Assisting with supervision and support of the Checkout area as needed. Ensuring all transactions run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing role. A positive, can‑do attitude. Strong attention to detail.
