ABOUT THE ROLE Put simply, your role is to support the customer facing sales team to best support their clients and potential clients. You’ll achieve this by proactively and accurately producing quotes and contracts, providing customer information and preparing sales reports. Your superior administrative skills will certainly be relied upon for this role. ABOUT YOU As a key member to the success of each sale it’s important that you have a sales focus in your approach to this role – customer centric, a high level of professionalism, deliver on tasks on time and accurately. We’ll be looking at applicants that have or display: Previous freight forwarding or shipping experience Be extremely well organised Proactive, diligent and love a challenge Engaging, down to earth and love dealing with people Confidence to manage your time and deliver under pressure Prepare sales reports and provide customers with information Excellent Microsoft Office skills Preparing quotations and contracts SOUND LIKE YOU?
