About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Richard Hadlee Retirement Village in Christchurch as a Laundry Assistant . We have two positions available, Full Time and Part time working either: Tuesday to Saturday 0800-1630 Sunday/Monday 1000-1500 These roles are set to commence at the end of September 2026. In this role you will: Ensure the smooth and efficient laundering, sorting and delivery of linen and residents personal clothing Observe all health and safety precautions for the protection of residents, staff and visitors Work closely with, and support your colleagues About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: Strong empathy Flexibility to support across the Developing village in different units Excellent attention to detail A reliable, friendly and professional manner Please note that, although we often welcome applications from overseas candidates, due to immigration requirements, we require applicants to have New Zealand work rights for this position.
