Salesforce Analyst

As a Salesforce Analyst you’ll work closely with the Delivery Lead, Salesforce Lead and across teams within the Development and Delivery area. You will be responsible for capturing and documenting our business requirements and working those requirements through the SDLC to be realised in thoroughly tested working software. The capture of clear requirements and acceptance criteria is critical to our business. The Salesforce Analyst will develop a strong internal capability in the management and capture of requirements. You will be ready to learn and share expertise. You will pick up a variety of changes quickly and work as part of a team as we strive for excellence as we deliver key changes and improvements to our core products. What you’ll need to succeed Some experience in a Business Analyst, customer-focused, or project delivery role (including internships, graduate programmes, or related experience) Ability to gather requirements and contribute to user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business documentation Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders Clear written and verbal communication skills Confidence facilitating discussions, workshops, or team meetings with support and guidance Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment A collaborative and curious approach, with a willingness to learn and identify solutions that deliver positive business outcomes Understanding of, or interest in, Agile and Scrum ways of working Relevant Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications (or working towards them) would be beneficial Exposure to Financial Services or other regulated industries would be advantageous, but not essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
