About the Role We're looking for a highly capable Service Administrator to provide professional administrative support to our General Medicine leadership team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of one of our busiest clinical services. As the Service Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Operations Manager, Clinical Leader, and wider management team within General Medicine. You'll be a key member of our administration team, helping ensure services operate efficiently and effectively. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Diary and meeting management Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence Minute taking and meeting administration Recruitment and HR administration support Managing invoices, expenses and travel bookings Coordinating events, workshops and meetings Supporting quality improvement and complaints processes Maintaining records, filing systems and correspondence tracking Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders The salary band for this position is $76,000 - $84,000, depending on experience. About the Team/Service/Location The Hospital Operations Group plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, responsive, and efficient healthcare delivery across the district and region.
