Permanent, Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight (1 FTE) A fantastic opportunity to lead a large, essential service and influence how critical patient information and frontline support services are delivered across the hospital. About the Role As the Manager, Reception & Health Records, you will provide leadership and operational oversight of reception, administration, and health records services across Hawkes Bay Hospital. Youll be responsible for ensuring these critical services run safely, efficiently, and in line with legislative and organisational requirements, supporting both patients and clinical teams. This is a varied and fast-paced leadership role where youll balance people leadership with operational delivery. Youll lead a large and diverse team, drive continuous improvement, oversee data quality and privacy compliance, and work closely with clinical, digital, and operational stakeholders. Youll play a key role in strengthening systems, improving workflows, and ensuring high - quality, customer - focused services that support excellent patient care.
