To join the amazing us, you must have: Minimum 8 years of SAP functional consulting experience, with a strong focus on Logistics. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. SAP certification in one or more Logistics modules such as MM, SD, EWM, WM, or SCM is preferred. Deep SAP Logistics configuration and solution design expertise across SCM, MM, SD, WM, and EWM. Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and support activities. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Logistics, SAP Fiori, SAP GUI, and SAP Solution Manager. Experience preparing and reviewing business blueprints, functional specifications, process flows, test strategies, and cutover plans. Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules and external systems. Excellent documentation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and client advisory skills. Comfortable working across multiple customer engagements and spending time in our Auckland office as needed. What's it like day-to-day? Lead end-to-end SAP Logistics implementations across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases. Design, configure, and implement SAP Logistics solutions across SCM, MM, SD, WM, and EWM. Work closely with business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and target-state solutions. Translate business requirements into SAP-aligned solutions using industry best practices. Support testing, integration testing, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing production support. Troubleshoot incidents, complete root-cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions within agreed SLAs. Identify continuous improvement opportunities that leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities. Support pre‑sales activities including workshops, fit‑gap analysis, estimates, proposals, Statements of Work, and RFP responses. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by clearly explaining SAP Logistics value, options, and outcomes. Guide and mentor SAP functional consultants while collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and cross‑functional consultants. So, what's in it for me after all that awesome work?
