About the role PHD’s Management Teams performance is critical to our market perception and business health. This team is tasked with creating a recognised market‑leading position in communications planning, strategic approach implementation and executional management and client servicing. Internally, the Associate Business Director engages senior PHD stakeholders in client portfolio where appropriate to ensure clients have a breadth of relationships within PHD. Skills & Experience Tertiary qualified, supplemented by 6‑11 years of media planning & buying experience Good understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities Business revenue driving ability People leadership experience Proven ability to deliver against a client business plan and contract including maximising agency performance via agreed KPI’s The ability to develop and sell new revenue streams (such as SBU’s) to your client. Total quality control for all output delivered to the client. Great attention to detail Ability to balance priorities to ensure disparate groups are brought together to deliver great work Ability to clearly brief and articulate client goals to media owners to deliver best in market responses Ability to train and mentor and manage team members of all ability levels.
