Residential Project Manager

About the role Are you an experienced Residential Project Manager looking to join a growing Canterbury home builder? We're working with a well-established residential construction company with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes across Canterbury. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. In this role, you'll oversee multiple residential builds (including luxury home builds) from commencement through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. You'll coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, council inspections and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the build process. Salary and Benefits $90,000-$100,000 salary depending on experience Company vehicle with personal use, petrol card and phone KiwiSaver Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week Flexible working environment built on trust and accountability Strong pipeline of residential projects across Canterbury Supportive and collaborative leadership team Training on the Rave Build system if required Responsibilities Oversee multiple residential builds from commencement through to handover Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, council inspections Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the build process Qualifications Minimum two years' experience managing residential construction projects in New Zealand Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project programmes Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders A proactive, solutions-focused approach Experience with the Rave Build system is advantageous but not essential New Zealand Residency or legal right to work permanently in New Zealand Start Date Anticipated start date in approximately 4 weeks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
