You'll oversee cost control, risk, planning and reporting functions across current and upcoming projects, working closely with the Risk Lead and wider project controls team. Reporting to the Commercial Director for New Zealand, you'll set the standard for controls systems and processes, partnering with project managers and client stakeholders from award through to delivery. Key Accountabilities Manage project controls systems, templates and reports across NZ Act as primary contact for controls from award to delivery Guide the Risk Lead and wider controls team Set up cost forecast tools and progress tracking methods Train and audit use of cost control tools across projects Support risk mitigation strategies with project teams Drive consistent adoption of ACCIONA's Ways of Working Required Skills Tertiary qualification in engineering, finance or commerce Solid experience in project controls within construction Strong written and verbal communication skills Well-developed influencing and people management skills Experience with cost forecasting and progress tracking tools What we offer You will work within a multidisciplinary alliance delivering a complex transport project.
