Job Description
Location: Wellington, NZ, Sydney or Brisbane The Opportunity CaSE Design is growing its Digital Engineering capability and is looking for an Intermediate Structural Drafter / Digital Modeller to join the team. Working closely with the Head of Digital and a highly experienced digital delivery team, you'll contribute to technically challenging projects across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland and the UAE. The role offers exposure to complex structures, major infrastructure and detailed design delivery while developing your capability in advanced modelling and digital engineering workflows. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys solving technical problems, building accurate models and producing high‑quality detailed documentation. Key Responsibilities Produce structural models and documentation using Revit and associated digital engineering tools. Develop detailed construction drawings and modelling packages for infrastructure and building projects. Work alongside engineers and senior drafters to deliver coordinated, buildable design solutions. Assist with precast concrete, reinforcement and construction detailing activities. Support project delivery from concept through to construction documentation. Contribute to BIM workflows, standards and modelling best practices. Coordinate with project teams across multiple offices and regions. Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality control and attention to detail in all deliverables. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, design automation and emerging digital engineering technologies. About You Experience in structural drafting and 3D modelling. Strong Revit capability. Understanding of structural engineering principles and construction detailing. Experience producing detailed documentation for structural projects. Knowledge of BIM systems, workflows and digital delivery processes. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work. Ability to manage your workload and work collaboratively within project teams. Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to continue developing technical capability. Highly Regarded Experience with Revit Family creation. Experience working on complex infrastructure or structural projects.
