Specialist Operator - Asphalt Plant

We’re on the lookout for a full‑time Plant Operator to be part of a tight‑knit crew that produces up to 1,250 tonnes of asphalt daily using cutting‑edge technology. This is a full‑time permanent role, working a minimum of 40 hours. Hours of work can vary to meet the needs of the business, including early‑morning starts. Responsibilities Operate the plant safely and efficiently to meet production targets, ensuring quality standards are maintained and health and safety protocols are followed.
