Qualifications Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance or a related finance sales environment. A proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to compliance. A customer‑centric mindset with the ability to create positive and memorable experiences. Self‑motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
