HR Operations Specialist

As our international sales organisation continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our International Sales Operations HR team in a newly created role. This position will play a key role in strengthening HR operations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting great people outcomes across our international sales offices. Working closely with Regional HR teams, leaders, and specialist functions, you'll help build scalable HR processes, improve compliance and service delivery, and support global people initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing Improving HR processes, tools, and frameworks that support our international sales organisation Leading HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Supporting global mobility and international transfer activities Championing our Trust, Verify & Improve philosophy through compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence Partnering with HR teams and business leaders across our international offices to deliver practical, people-focused solutions About You HR experience in a complex or multinational environment Strong project management and continuous improvement capability Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills The ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups A collaborative, pragmatic, and customer-focused approach A passion for improving processes and delivering better outcomes This role is primarily based at our East Tamaki campus and may include occasional international travel.
