Business Development Manager - Tauranga

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join a well-established national transport and logistics business that's continuing to grow following a major acquisition. With an extensive nationwide network and a broad range of services, you'll have genuine solutions to take to market and the backing of a high-performing operational team. This is a true hunting role. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships, develop tailored logistics solutions and win new customers. Once an account has been established, it will be transitioned to a dedicated Account Manager, allowing you to focus on what you enjoy most...bringing in the next customer. Even after the handover, you'll continue to earn commission on that customer for the first 12 months, rewarding you for building long‑term, quality business.
