Senior Human Resources Advisor

Experienceacross ER, workforce planning, change management, remuneration and reward andperformance management. You will workat pace in a busy environment and offer pragmatic guidance on employeerelations issues, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation, andproactively address arising issues. Afocus area of this role will be assisting managers with disciplinary processesand procedures in a busy complex environment. To complement your HR skills and experience youwill be tertiary qualified in a relevant field. You must be willing to travelto our branches as required.
