Highview Stud is looking for a motivated and experienced Broodmare Manager to join our boutique family‑operated thoroughbred farm in Ngahinapouri, Hamilton. Work with high‑quality bloodstock and our resident stallions – Wrote, Divine Prophet, Santos, and Mr Mozart – in a supportive, hands‑on environment. The Role: Manage all aspects of mare reproduction, veterinary work, and foaling. Oversee neonatal care, weaning, and early education of young stock. Lead a small, dedicated team in maintaining our high standards of horsemanship. Accurate record‑keeping of daily treatments and stock movements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a thoroughbred breeding leadership role. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
