Digital Lead

Overview As the Digital Team Lead, you will lead a cross-functional team to build, customise and integrate wealth management software solutions with a specific focus on our retail clients. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership for the team in the development of our Mobile App and API ecosystem and customer portal, enabling them to make decisions on how they build and deliver customer experiences, always operating with the customer's best interest at heart. Far from being a people leader removed from the technology, you will remain actively involved in software engineering while taking on greater responsibility for technical leadership. You will support and mentor team members, provide guidance on solution design and engineering practices, and contribute to the delivery of secure, maintainable, and scalable software solutions. Candidates will have strong experience designing, developing, and debugging applications, with expertise in Flutter development, API integration, and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud.
