Job Overview Apply for an Automotive Parts Interpreter position at Repco Rotorua (part of the NAPA Auto Parts network) in Rotorua, NewZealand. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to trade and retail customers using automotive parts/mechanical knowledge. Build effective customer relationships and deliver genuine service. Act as a superstar seller and problem solver using up‑to‑date product information. Communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and teammates. Support a busy phone customer contact role, working independently and as part of a team. Required Qualifications Prior automotive parts or mechanical experience. Passion for customer service and some sales experience. Strong communication skills, both technical and non‑technical. Proactive and solutions‑focused with sound computer skills. Team player, able to work independently. Flexible availability and a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
