As a Transaction Banking Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in helping businesses optimise how they manage and move their money, while growing your career in a high impact, client facing environment. This is a proactive relationship focused role where you will drive new business growth across Commercial and Corporate segments. You will act as the subject matter expert across payments and cash management, proactively identifying opportunities, originating deals, and leading RFP and RFI responses. Working collaboratively with product teams, you will help shape solutions that meet evolving client needs. Your strong sales focus, combined with your ability to build trusted relationships and stay ahead of industry trends, will see you delivering long term value for our customers and Kiwibank. Qualifications Proven experience in transaction banking or similar financial services roles Strong sales capability with deal management and pipeline development Confident in leading RFP and RFI responses and driving self origination Experienced in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships Strong communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences Proven customer first mindset with a focus on profitable outcomes Confident in engaging on digital innovation and payments industry trends #J-18808-Ljbffr
