You will play a key role in managing our ACC Accredited Employer Programme (AEP) and supporting effective injury management outcomes.\n

\nKey responsibilities: \n

- Manage the ACC Accredited Employer Programme (AEP) in partnership with Wellnz \n
- Lead injury management and return-to-work processes \n
- Coordinate and drive the Safety & Wellbeing Committee \n
- Maintain HSE systems and reporting (Vault/Damstra) \n
- Prepare monthly safety reports and board dashboards \n
- Deliver risk, compliance, and incident reporting \n
- Support internal and external safety training programmes \n
- Assist with audits and accreditations (ACC, SafePlus, StaffSure, PREQUAL) \n
- Promote a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture \n
- \n
- Experience in a health & safety, HSE, or wellbeing-focused role \n
- Knowledge of NZ health and safety legislation and ACC processes \n
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills \n
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills \n
- Experience with reporting systems or safety databases \n
- Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement \n
