We are looking for candidates who… Are completing their degree this year or recently graduated – all disciplines welcome, with preference for supply chain, logistics, or engineering (e.g. mechatronics). Are highly motivated and bring energy, initiative, and a willingness to get involved. Have some prior work experience (preferred but not essential). Are resilient and able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Can connect with people and build strong relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.
