Genia in New Zealand is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Motueka team. You will own customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, coordinating with production, dispatch and freight partners to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. This role is a hands-on customer-facing position for both domestic and export customers.
