We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who loves creating content, telling stories, and bringing brands to life online. What You'll Be Doing As part of our team, you'll be responsible for: Planning, creating, and publishing engaging organic social media content Editing short‑form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms Confidently appearing on camera when required Writing compelling captions and social media copy Content planning and social media strategy execution Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Staying up to date with platform updates, trends, and emerging content formats Supporting paid social campaigns where required Must‑Haves 3+ years’ experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role Photography and videography skills Experience creating and editing short‑form video content A strong understanding of organic social media platforms and best practices Experience using content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Comfortable working inside Meta Business Manager Strong organisational and time‑management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Bonus Points Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns (TikTok/LinkedIn) Experience with Mailchimp or Klaviyo Previous agency experience What We Offer Flexible working hours Competitive salary Unlimited arcade basketball Dog‑friendly office A supportive team environment Opportunities to learn, grow, and upskill The chance to work with a wide variety of brands and industries Ready to juice up your career?
